Welcome to June’s blog, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell. Over the last month, we have been busy as usual, with several measured surveys across the country as well as a few exciting proposals.

Monthly Update: Travelling to Gloucester

The past month has been a busy one, with surveys taking us to Gloucester nearly every week to measure NHS accommodation to update their digital portfolio of all buildings within locality of the hospitals which has ranged from small 2 bed terraced houses up to 9 storey flats consisting of over 150+ beds. Now let the vectorising begin…

Project Spotlight: Residential Apartment Scheme, Cannock

We successfully gained our client planning permission for the erection of 7No 1 and 2 bed apartments in Cannock Town Centre on a former betting shop site which will remove an uncharacteristic building within an unresolved gap in the street scene which is located next to a PH with significant local history attached. We look forward to working through the planning conditions and pushing to get this scheme built.

What else have we been up to…

Of course, the big event in the past month was the Euro’s. Everyone at LTC showed true supporter spirit, with flags decorating the office, a sweepstake chart on the wall and plenty of cheering for every goal. Unfortunately, the Lions didn’t quite bring it home, but they were ever so close, and we’re proud of all their efforts. There’s always the World Cup…
