Welcome to June’s blog post, highlighting the latest developments at Lever Turner and Cowdell. We have been busy over the last month, but we are still enjoying the summer weather!

Monthly Update

Over the last month, we have worked on various projects in the office and on site, from a small residential proposal near Wolverhampton to a commercial renovation project that has just finished its tender process and is progressing on site. We have also completed a measured survey of a 3-storey commercial building in Knowle, with the intention of converting the top floor into apartments.

Project Spotlight

Our project spotlight this month highlights a residential development in the village of Child’s Ercall, in Shropshire. We have been involved in this project for the last two years. After completing the original topographic survey and feasibility study, we are now happy to say that the application has been submitted for planning. The proposals include 27 residential properties, 8 of which fall into the ‘affordable housing’ category. The development also provides the village with a new local shop, which it currently lacks.
