Welcome to April’s blog post, highlighting the latest developments at Lever Turner and Cowdell. Hooray for the warm weather we have been enjoying on our daily lunchtime walks around Weston Park — the sunshine is a much-welcome sight.
Monthly Update
We have been hard at work assisting one of our clients with their interior design, producing drawings for their new-build head office and working closely with another architect to determine the high-spec interior finishes. Alongside this, our survey team has been out on multiple sites measuring various buildings and producing existing drawing packages for our clients. These drawings can be used to calculate lettable areas for landlords or to provide a base for proposed designs.
Project Spotlight
Behind the King’s Arms in Market Drayton lies a derelict three-storey warehouse. LTC has been involved in producing a design to convert this building into two new mews dwellings, breathing new life into a wonderfully historic building. As of this month, we have had all of our pre-commencement planning conditions discharged, allowing us to make a material start on site. We look forward to seeing this project progress — keep an eye on our Instagram page for updates.
