Welcome to Lever Turner Cowdell’s monthly blog update for May 2026. It has been another productive and progressive month for the practice, with the team continuing to advance a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects. Throughout this period, we have worked closely alongside clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects continue to progress efficiently, while maintaining our commitment to delivering considered, high-quality design solutions at every stage of development.
Monthly Update
Over the past month, Lever Turner Cowdell travelled north to South Yorkshire undertake a detailed measured survey of a warehouse facility, with the resulting existing survey drawings forming the basis of a proposed refurbishment scheme currently in development. Shortly afterwards, the team carried out a further measured survey much closer to homein South Staffordhsire for a client seeking to deliver three bespoke new-build dwellings. This type of residential development aligns closely with our expertise, and we are looking forward to progressing into the design stages of the project over the coming months.
Project Spotlight
Lever Turner Cowdell has also been involved in the development of a site near Dudley, where reserved matter proposals have been prepared for a new residential block comprising ten high-specification apartments, helping to address local housing demand within the area. The project has provided an excellent opportunity to further develop our 3D visualisation capabilities, producing a series of engaging architectural visuals to support the planning application process and effectively communicate the design vision.
