Welcome to Lever Turner Cowdell’s monthly blog post for May 2026. It’s been another busy and productive month at Lever Turner Cowdell, with the team continuing to make strong progress across a range of residential and commercial projects. We’ve been working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep things moving smoothly, while maintaining our focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality design at every stage.

Monthly Update

The past month has seen LTC travelling up north to measure a warehouse facility to produce existing measured survey plans, which will be used by LTC to produce a new scheme for the refurbishment of the warehouse. A later instruction saw us travelling a few miles away to undertake a more local measured survey, where our client is looking to develop 3 brand-new bespoke homes. Needless to say, this is right up our street and we look forward to getting stuck into the design stages of this project over the coming months.

Project Spotlight

LTC has been involved in the development of a site in Stourbridge, where we proposed to construct a new block of 10 high-spec apartments to assist in combating the housing shortages in the area. This has allowed us to practise our skills in 3D and produce some very interesting visuals to assist with the planning application and enable us to bring our ideas to life.
