Welcome to March’s blog post, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell. We are all enjoying a return to normal working hours following a long couple of months meeting tight deadlines and achieving our project goals.
Monthly Update:
During January & February, all of our staff worked tirelessly to complete a planning application, a full tender package and an 80+ drawing package for an ongoing project following variations for the client! We are now back to our normal working hours and are enjoying the well-earned rest.
We have also received the final certificate for building regulations sign-off for our commercial unit renovation project in Swindon. A hard-fought battle to meet all the requirements of the approved inspector has now concluded with the formal completion of the project.
Project Spotlight:
One of our residential projects is now on-site! A small housing development of 4 detached bungalows is well underway on site in Waters Upton, Telford. We have worked on this project from day one, acquiring a topographic survey and completing the initial feasibility study, successfully obtaining planning permission & producing the construction drawing package.
We are working alongside a long-standing client, Belford Homes, who will be selling the properties soon! Each will be a high-specification 2-bedroom bungalow in a small Shropshire village with private off-road parking.
