Welcome to February’s blog post, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell. The mornings and nights are showing as a little lighter, we’ve noticed as we’ve all been working overtime to keep our projects on track to meet demand following Januarys planning and tender submission.

Monthly Update:
January, we have been working flat out including early mornings, late nights and weekends all to meet the tight deadlines for our project in Droitwich, through critical design and submission stages, ensuring all documentation was coordinated and delivered on programme.

Project Spotlight:
We have recently submitted a planning application for the refurbishment of an existing warehouse building. The proposals seek to enhance the functionality and appearance of the building, supporting its continued use while improving the overall quality of the site. Subject to approval, the project will move out to tender at the end of the month, with the aim of achieving a site start in May.

The scheme has involved close coordination with the wider consultant team, as well as input from the client’s marketing team in the preparation of CGI visuals to support the submission and future promotion of the development. CGI courtesy of marketing team instructed by the client.
