LTC Blog Post January 2026
Welcome to a new years blog post, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell. 2026 is set to be another successful and exciting year with projects on site continuing and new projects hoping to break ground early spring.
Yearly Update:
After 12 years with the practice, Director Jim is stepping back from his day-to-day role to focus on home and family life. During his time with Lever Turner Cowdell, he has made a significant contribution to the development and success of the practice and the delivery of a wide range of projects.
We are pleased that Jim isn’t gone for good and will still continue to be involved as an external design consultant, supporting the team and contributing his experience.
Monthly Update:
After a refreshing, long Christmas break we are geared up and ready for a very busy January ahead. We have a warehouse refurbishment project which is being submitted for planning and going out to tender at the end of the month to allow a site start date in May.
We have been working with our favoured team of tried and trusted consultants to help pull together a proficient and well thought out design through a suite of drawings and reports in support of the works.
