Welcome to March’s blog, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell. The past month has been a busy one, with even more surveys located all over the country and lots of exciting new enquiries building momentum.

Monthly Update: Surveys of all shapes and sizes

This month LTC have been instructed to undertake multiple measured and building surveys from Lowestoft in Norfolk all the way over to Mold on the Welsh border working with DEFRA conducting detailed condition surveys as part of their planned, preventative maintenance strategy to existing buildings.

Project Spotlight: Station Road, Featherstone

With limited time constraints our team headed up to Featherstone to conduct a full measured survey of a vacant commercial warehouse unit in West Yorkshire (even in the snow)! Due to restricted opening times on site we brought the Leica RTC 360 laser scanner to scan the complete 25,000 sq ft warehouse and three storey offices in only half a day.
Visit the Services tab on our website to see how we perform our measured surveys.

Completed Projects: Newcombe Drive, Swindon

We are pleased to announce the practical completion of Unit B Newcombe Drive, Swindon. Our team recently visited site to oversee the final stages of completion and produce as-built drawings as part of the O&M manual.

Upcoming Projects

We are excited to announce so many new developments for the summer months ahead including a college in East Yorkshire, a massive mixed-use retail, care and heritage site in South Derbyshire as well as 3 new build industrial units in Shropshire.
