Monthly Update: Surveys, Surveys & more surveys
January was a very busy month for LTC, with members of the team travelling all over to undertake several measured surveys. We have predominantly been using the Leica RTC360 3D scanner to create three-dimensional scans of areas and generate point clouds, which we can then spend the next few weeks vectorizing into useable floor plans, elevations and sections.
Project Spotlight: Lionel Street, Birmingham
Our team has been hard at work on Lionel Street, Birmingham, which is an exciting refurbishment of the former Chubb offices into residential high-spec units. We are working closely with Reynolds and Litchfield using the latest laser scanning data to create one homogeneous data cloud for the entire design team to work from. Stay tuned for upcoming details on our socials to this transformative project.
