Welcome to October’s blog, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell.
Monthly Update:
World Mental Health Day takes place every year on 10 October. It’s a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health. LTC decided to arrange a staff wellbeing walk up Cadair Berwyn, embracing the spirit of wellbeing and adventure.
The day began with a hearty breakfast sadly with drizzly rain & murky skies, and by the time we reached the summit, strong winds and low clouds surrounded us, adding to the sense of adventure.
As we descended, the clouds slowly lifted, revealing stunning views bathed in warm sunshine. Our lunch stop at the Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall felt like the perfect reward—complete with a toe dip in the cool waters leaving everyone re-energised. Check our reel on on Instagram.
Project Spotlight: Lionel Street, Brimingham
We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of our latest residential development in Birmingham city centre — the transformation of a former office block into 28 modern apartments, including two new penthouse floors.
This ambitious project has breathed new life into an existing structure, showcasing what can be achieved through thoughtful design and adaptive reuse. The original office building has been carefully converted to provide high-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, blending contemporary interiors with the character of the original architecture.
Two new “lightweight” structure penthouse levels have been added to the existing concrete frame, offering views over the canal and premium living spaces within walking distance of Snow Hill Station.
This project represents another step forward in sustainable urban regeneration — reimagining underused commercial spaces to meet the growing demand for quality city-centre homes. We’re proud of the team’s dedication and collaboration in delivering this scheme to an exceptional standard.
