Welcome to July’s blog, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell.

Monthly Update:
July has been a month of glorious weather and typical we haven’t had any external surveys this month! We have recently submitted a new build residential site for 14No. bespoke homes near Swindon and gained planning approval to convert old dilapidated barns into studio apartments in Market Drayton.

Project Spotlight: New Build Industrial Units, Stafford
A new industrial development of 2No. warehouse industrial units at Beaconside Business Park, Stafford are well underway with an on site timelapse camera set up so we can monitor progress everyday – rain or shine. Our services on this job extend to a monitoring role to attend site on a monthly basis and provide a progress report.

Completed Projects:
This month will see the practical completion and handover of a music and dance college in Hull which we have been working closely with East Riding College to convert a former nightclub in the city centre. The site falls within the city’s conservation area and has been subject to a detailed planning application in terms of flood risk assessment due to proximity to the Humber. We started this project back in Feb ’24 and commented on our blog, it’s been a great project that we have been able to take from a measured survey, through planning and on to a completed site project handed over successfully to the client.
