Welcome to October’s blog, which shares the most recent developments and updates into Lever Turner and Cowdell. Over the last month, we have been busy as usual, with several measured surveys across the country as well as a few exciting proposals.
Monthly Update: Our Biggest Survey to date
2024 is shaping up to be the year of the surveys. With the market being so up and down we have found works is still out there and buoyant, but we have had the most enquiries for surveys to create digital records and provide clients with surveys of their portfolios. This month we have spent a full 2 weeks out of the office with all members of staff at some point on this site which is a whopping 1 million square foot of industrial warehouse space.
Project Spotlight: Tannery Retail Park, Stourport
The site was originally home to Stourport Tannery, which was built in the early 1700s and operated for over 260 years. The tannery closed in the 1960s due to fire damage and became a Midcounties Co-operative store. Our client Goold Estates plan to rebrand the site as Tannery Retail Park to provide new retail and leisure spaces and the units will range in size from 1,300 sq ft to the maximum 29,000 sq ft.
We worked with Williams Gallagher to successfully get this one across the line and we look forward to seeing this through to completion.
What else have we been up to…
This month is Wills Birthday and we are aiming to go out on a social to celebrate the ripe old age of 24! Lucky for some!!
