this scheme supplied a couple of 2-bedroom affordable houses, and 14 bespoke house types with modern living internal arrangements, high specification fixtures and fittings, all of which were detailed with the client from concept to completion. 

due to the market demand, selected house types from the original planning were re-planned leading to Aston site to provide 3 & 4-bedroom bungalows.
