overview:
this project involved the removal of an existing glazed link that connected two buildings, Stoneham Place and a Listed Georgian ‘Old Rectory’. 

Stoneham Place required feasibility and drawings for a contemporary fit for purpose reception to replace the outdated existing facility. Furthermore, LTC worked alongside a Conservation Officer to schedule repair works to the impacted façade of the Listed Georgian Building to restore its earlier openings with consideration to its existing characteristics.
