LTC have been appointed by First Blue to prepare Plans, Design and Access Statement, Structural Appraisal, and Schedule of Repairs for the development of the Grade 2 Listed Building. Prior to commencing proposed works, LTC conducted a thorough site survey of the internal and external conditions to document the existing condition and schedule repair works for the roof, lead and cupola which required urgent attention to which LTC prepared technical drawings for the Contractor to carry out works sympathetic to the building heritage.
