this project involved a Change of Use and Extension to a detached Georgian farm house, to create a national headquarters for a construction industry recruitment company.
Whilst the frontage of the building presented classic Georgian period characteristics, the rear of the building received inappropriate alterations which did not suit the characteristics or context of the building. This provided a significant opportunity to enhance the appearance and character of the building, taking into consideration a sustainable future use of the building in relation to the surrounding business developments.
