overview:
we received this project with conditional planning approval for a 2-storey, mixed-use development consisting of ground floor retail space and 5 residential units above a busy junction along Warwick Road. 

A key issue addressed included noise mitigation between uses such as deliveries. Along the construction process, Co-op agreed a lease and fit-out contract however, minor amendments to the existing approved plans were sought due to material availability and cost saving exercises.
