This project involved the demolition of the existing out buildings at the front and rear of the site, with internal alterations and extension to the rear of the property to convert a nursery into a dental surgery.  This included the provision for 3No. Surgeries, ancillary accommodation such as the staff room, disabled lavatory, decontamination room, and reception/waiting area.  The demolition of the small out buildings opened up the yard to accommodate car parking which included designated staff, and disabled parking bays.
