Corbett Lodge is a large Victorian property occupying the same site as Wallace Hospital and Thistle Care Home. The property provides ancillary accommodation to support people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, complex needs and behaviours, and mental health needs. The Change of Use generated a provision for a high quality, 4-bed service to provide supported living accommodation, with an overarching management of care staff. 

In undertaking the conversion works, fire protection and escapes were resolved to be compliant with Fire Safety Legislation, and a new office was also arranged on-site.
