Seighford Hall (Grade 2 Listed Building) was originally built in the late 16th Century and since had a variety of uses from a dwelling, hotel, nightclub, police training centre and care home. After becoming derelict for nearly two decades, First Blue group acquired Seighford Hall in 2020 to redevelop the building and its surroundings into a luxury hotel with a range of accommodation and settings throughout the site, ancillary uses such as a restaurant, bar and  a space, and a wedding venue. LTC have been appointed by First Blue to undertake the repair works and proposed plans for the redevelopment of Seighford Hall, due to be completed late 2022.
